To get the best out of the Cobalt the descending phases will be "accompanied" on a semi-slack line simply to stay tuned to a bite on the descent. The Cobalt Vib is a lipless crankbait / vibration lure with a low frequency sound producing a unique metallic snap that sets it apart from its competition.
